It could be that your BF has not been contacted as his buying profile is not as extensive as yours. I think you said he’s only made one purchase through guest check out. I would think for such an in demand and LE piece CS may prioritise contacting clients with more of a buying profile first. I would just ask your SA. If he says no then you know where you stand and it means you’ll have to go through CS. I still haven’t been able to get an estimated PO date out of them, hence why I haven’t updated. They’re just offering follow up list at the moment.So when I called CS before, I got an email from them thanking me for registering my interest for the christmas animation mini pochette. Today I had an email saying they couldnt process my order and funds will be returned to me but I never paid. It doesnt shock me as I know I'm banned but my boyf has never received an email of any kind. I tried a few times also and got told follow up. Also messaged SA who advised me not yet for pre orders. The dates vary from September to November so no one is giving proper dates I guess.
Unless the collection is severely delayed, November doesn’t make sense as the collection launches end of September/early October.

The pictures Foxy and others have posted are from an old document, thats why Foxy tends to wait for the high quality pictures, because these show the real product in the end. Documents always changes a bit..

I would say we should wait until we get some proper high quality pictures of the real products.. Everything with the bag charms seems a little bit too confusing. My latest information is:
Japan: Mono
China: Mono
London: Mono
Hollywood: Azur
But I will post ASAP I know what the real deal is in the end!
Last year the pre-launch was the 18th Sept, so preorders would’ve been at least 3-4 weeks earlier.
