Has anyone had any luck of ordering the Christmas animation stuff? My boyf has called CS everyday this week (poor guy ) and is getting annoyed with the constant no's, I just said now you know how hard it is to get louis items and that is why I bought so many, you have to buy when you see it available! Then he said this is just not luxe shopping, made me laugh

I’ve tried three times and been told no so no luck for me either!

Have you asked what date preorders open? I still can’t understand why there’s conflicting info as I had no issues ordering.

My boyf has been the one calling so I'm not sure. Maybe the preorders list is full already. It's a bit annoying, I dont miss the chase at all, not one bit. I'm sure when preorders open, someone will post here

It could be the list is full or maybe they’re no longer allowed to submit orders. I’ll try and find out when preorders open and post an update. I’ll ask for Klara or Elizabeth so the info I get is more accurate.

Omg, thanks so much! I am unable to check myself because the UK website has blocked our ability to check store stock for certain items and the key pouch is one of them.
Client services said it’s not in stock when I called just now, but the website can’t be so wrong. I’ll call them again tomorrow morning. My birthday is soon and this is literally the only thing I want

From my experience, if you’re able, I suggest you to go there when it shows availability cause both time that I did it I found what I was searching without any problems so the mexican website is pretty accurate
Also cs tend to say the same sentence and not really help you (there’s some exceptions tho) if it’s a htf item that you are searching up

Hello I was quiet for couple of weeks because first my daughter got some infection and then I had high temperature (up to 40 degrees) for a few days and still feeling unwell. I am sure it was flu, I did covid test and came back negative but all my friends/ family members were like: that is definitely covid, you probably did test too early etc like all other diseases would disappear

No, my SA should get back to me couple of days ago and he didn’t. I also asked him about empreinte speedy preorder for one of you and he also didn’t get back to me on that yet. I don’t want to be a pain and text him all the time so will patient wait


BTW LV is releasing way too many collections. How to stay on a ban island

Ban island is actually ok once you've been banned and accept the fact you've been banned . I only want one christmas pochette, dont want to be greedy. Keep hassling your SA, that's what they're there for

I hope your girl feels better soon. Only you the mum will know what’s best. Glad you are negative for the test and will continue to be. Take care of yourself too. I just went to take my second dose of Pfizer.

Elizabeth and Klara are not in today. I've asked for Elizabeth to call me when she's back in tomorrow to try and get more info on waitlist/preorders for the Christmas Animation. Apparently CS are taking personal follow up lists which means the agent should contact you when they are able to submit the preorder. If you decide to take this route, I suggest taking the agent's name and keep calling them at lest once a week to see if they have any news, because sometimes they don't always remember call clients back. Has anyone tried to waitlist or preorder through their SA?

It’s officially not open yet but some SA are enthusiastic enough to open the list earlier?

Rumor has it they have invested in a majority stake at the ban island. Aren’t we all such lucky folks!
