Yes i hope so too! Our German post is really the worst, you need to call them at least 5 times and always wait over 15 minutes for Someone might pick up your call. It’s getting year for year worse and worse :((

Oh, so sorry. I ordered from zoomoni on the 2nd of August and received my parcel on the 10th. Fedex delivered it to my door, so everything went smooth and the organizer is fab.

Shouldn't it be Fedex who is delivering the parcel and not the German post office? I thought Zoomoni uses Fedex on all of their shipments.

If you select standard shipping it goes with Korea Post not Fedex.

It's still weird. I too chose standard shipping for my XS insert and it took 3 weeks to arrive. I tracked the journey online daily with parcels App to see how close it was to delivery. In UK if you're not home, Royal Mail drop you a card and you have to pick it up from the sorting office, show ID and sign for it. They hold parcels for 3 weeks before automatically returning to the sender.

Yes, so I’ve called again our post and they told me it’s in transit back to Korea. The tracking is the same number even If i can’t see it our post can always tell me where it is right now. So I’m hoping that it will arrive in 1-2 weeks at zoomoni and they return my money. I’ve also told me that I already called on the 15.08 the First Time and no one helped me and I even went to the postal office at the 20st and they should have tell me what happend to it instead of playing dumb…
