This thing opens the customer service chat on the germany website. Ordered a few items through that where customer service on phone said it would not be possible to preorder

Don't speak to David. I spoke to him this morning to confirm prices of the animation RCP and MP and he told me they were not listed yet. Called back and got David again so asked to speak to Elizabeth who submitted my order on Saturday. She said no problem and provided the prices. This is why it's best to ask for agents you've dealt with previously who've managed to assist with preorders and providing new release info.My boyf called CS today about Christmas animation, preorders still closed apparently, I've told him, David at CS is lying!
