Received my pa mono but i think it is a return. The strap was already attached and the blue ribbon was not around the box , it was just laying next to the orange box. Or is this normal?

The ribbon sounds weird.. I have bought three pa this year, two mono (one for me, one for my daughter) and one Azur, all of them had strap attached. Does it look good otherwise?
I think you cannot just say based on the date code whether this is a return or not as they are sometimes having certain items in stock. The attached strap is normal, was the same on my PA DA (which was for sure new as made only 2 weeks before I got it) and I have read many posts of people on TPF already receiving with the strap attached. So the most important indicator is the quality.Received my pa mono but i think it is a return. Week 33 is Aug 10 - Aug 16, so not recently made (approx 5 weeks old), however agree with @MarryMeLV_Now it's hard to say if it's a return especially as the restock has been plentiful. It would be interesting to see the others who've purchased this, what their week numbers are. It seems these have been lying around the warehouse for sometime given the week number. If the bag is in good shape, I would keep it, even if the strap was already attached and was not presented in the way it should've been. If the Felicie replaced the Favorite, which bag replaced the Eva Clutch? I am annoyed, I have to buy all these bags preloved. The classics are vanishing from LV und the new leather bags are not my style.I don't think that it will be discontinued soon, because it replaced the Favorite. However, with LV you never know - but I still think that it is rather unlikely. Fingers crossed for a next restock soon so you can buy it!
