to those who were able to order PA today, any updates on your order status?
(and those who've ordered yesterday too)

I ordered yesterday around 2 pm and it went straight to order in preparation

Curious: Does anyone know if you order online but collect in store if you still get a UPS returns slip?

Yes I get all my online orders delivered to the store now, you get the whole thing as if it was delivered at your place, so you get the return label as well

it’s the same for me. No updates even tho I ordered at 10:30am today. Costumer Service told me everything looks fine, but I’m still skeptical

I ordered it yesterday morning and status is now „order in preparation“ !

So my SA recently placed two orders for me for some out of stock items c.10 days ago. They still say "submitted" and nothing else, does anyone know how long they keep your order submitted for? i.e. 30 days or indefinitely / until the items come back in stock? thanks!

My mini pa mono arrived today I have another story to tell, after the cancellation of PA twice I called the CS , once I talked to a lady who seemed annoyed by the call didn’t even reply me back properly , then again the rang up and talked and explain my story to a guy who was kind enough to listen and cross checked my previous cancels and the next minute I was paying for it, and he promised me that item will arrive when it’s in stock, so today was the day , I got two Unicorns at once, feeling on the top of the world, I suggest call the CS when your orders are cancelled, they can help! Congrats everyone who got hold of the pa mono seems like so many of you!!!

I’m going to order a chain for mine, I’m not at home currently to measure, does anyone Happen to know The length of the strap that comes with the PA as it’s perfect length for me!
