I got it from the Sloane Street store! I was close to giving up but was told on Saturday at the Westfield store that I should try again on Tuesday after their delivery, I completely forgot until about 4 o’clock as I was engrossed in work and then just called CS who told me they had one in Sloane Street and the chap from CS emailed the store to let them know I was on my way whilst I rushed there!
I’ve just realised I asked him to email both sloane Street and new Bond Street so I hope new Bond Street aren’t holding it for me! I don’t think they would have held it that long...
I went back , she said they haven’t had it in today, I went back to my SA and asked her to look again and still no , I think they may be keeping them for VIP clients
I’ve just realised I asked the chap at CS to email both stores asking to hold the piece, I hope they’re not holding it for me there too. Maybe check back tomorrow as they won’t hold it overnight if it was for me!!
Indeed you were lucky ...every time I called CS are telling me are out of stock in all UK stores. Is it as pretty as we heard it is ?( Never seen any in real)
Omg I hope they have held it for you and it might be there in the morning. I’ll give CS a call in the morning and see, I ended up buying another T19 for my sister while I was checking so the journey wasn’t wasted xx
Somehow I am always quite fortunate with CS, they are always very helpful to me! It is a beautiful piece, so versatile and much more delicate than I thought it would be. Fits so much in. Will be uploading a YouTube video on it When I get a chance to film it so will link it here for you all To see!!
What a lovely CS agent. Seems he went a little further to assist a customer which is rare from some of the agents you get. It really is pot luck who you get on the end of the phone. Congrats!

He initially said that he couldn’t guarantee it being there in an hours time and then when I gave him my details and said I should be there in about 20 minutes he offered to email the stores and linked it to my client account so they knew who it was coming. Would definitely say if that happens to anyone else even if you’re not close say you are!!

On a side note, leisurely going through my emails to find an email sent to me from LV... my multi pochette accessoires has arrived in store and is ready to be sent to my home address!!
I am SO so happy right now, I can’t contain my excitement!!

Today really has been a good day for us all!
