I’m gutted. Just received the caramel Neonoe that I’ve been wanting for ages and it looks like it’s been kicked in by the packers and just thrown into a box. I’m giving up on LV online for a while. I’m so so disappointed.
After stalking the website for the kirigami and it not being available I went to my nearest store and they happened to have it. Dont live near store so hard to get here at times. Really didnt know if I should get mono or epi both so nice and did love the epi colours but went with the mono in the end. Cant wait to get home and play with them.
Very disappointing. Why not try stuffing and padding it for a couple of days to see if the canvas evens itself out.
Unless it's says add to bag, it basically means the item is out of stock.
I’ve text my SA. This simply isn’t good enough for a £1200 bag. I’ve had bags delivered from contemporary brands packaged better and arriving in better condition than this. I went from as excited as a kid at Christmas to the Grinch in 90 seconds flat

It is my first time commenting here but I’ve been reading you for a few weeks (when I decided that I needed the PA mono).
Today I went to the Madrid store and no luck with the PA, whoever the SA was able to order for me a mini PA mono (which I was not looking for but since it is htf and only 245€ I though.. why not?).
Now I am thinking about purchase a strap to be able to use it as a mini purse. I think I am going to get the “adjustable shoulder strap 16 MM mono”. What do you think? Does any of you have that strap?

Lucky you! Been waiting for the mini pa mono, but no luck online. CS says it’s sold out everywhere and there is apparantly no waiting list in the netherlands..
