I called CS last week & asked if I could be put on the waiting list for the monogram mini pochette & they processed my order. After a few days of my order pending validation it changed on my account to order in preparation and now has been dispatched

I think they can add you onto the waiting list if stock is going to be received in the next 3-5 days. Hope this helps!

Wow! That was fast!
Will it be this fast if I order through a SA, or it will be harder to get?

does that differ from country to country?
or just having luck with a certain SA or if you're already familiar with them?

last time i called CS Belgium, they told me to keep stalking the website. i'm one of the many trying to get a PA mono. the SAs i've spoken to all just tell me the same. there's no waiting list for any items, as in they just don't do that anymore.
I even asked if it was possible to order through the phone for items and even then, they tell me to just order on the website.. LOL
+ they said they have no control of what and when items are going to be restocked.. so it's really a matter of waiting and being lucky at the same time..?

so to those who've had a SA order items for you.. i'm just wow :eek:..
like i know there's youtube videos of people that said to call CS and have them order for you, supposedly the easiest and fastest way, but for htf items.. i'm just like ..... HOWWWW THOUGHHHH
i mean i would love to order a PA mono through a SA and be done with stalking.. LOL :panic: wishful thinking

so tl;dr, CS is useless and all i can do is stalk the website for like forever.. :doh: (at least i feel so in Belgium)

I think i just got lucky with Client services tbh. I called them at least once a week to ask if they had the item in stock & was lucky to be able to be put on a waiting list last week.

Next time you see your S.A, ask if they can check on there phone if they can order the item for you because they definitely can if it’s available!! :)
