Has anyone managed to preorder MPA strap with the coin purse? CS told me, that the preorder is now opened and they put me on a waiting list, but they still don't know about the stock dates and they don't send me the payment link. I'm worried it will arrive after price increase..
The Christmas collection is so beautiful, too sad there is no DA piece.

Rumoured release date is end of August, but is subject to change.

Called CS for have more information on my PA in mono since it’s still pending product availability but wasn’t really helpful and just said that it can take few weeks but nothing more... I’m starting to loose hope

It’s actually quite bad for LV to operate this way. It seems they don’t have enough stock to fulfill the orders or they’ve allocated the stock elsewhere. Whatever the reason it’s terrible service and anxious wait for eager clients.

That’s so annoying. There is still a chance your order will be fulfilled so try to say hopeful but it’s really bad customer service that’s for sure!

I don’t get it why almost everytime that I call LV CS they seem so annoyed by your call whatever you’re asking them. I mean I can understand that it can be stressful sometimes deal with some customers but it’s their job at the end...

Sometimes it really depends who you get put through to in general I find women cs quite rude and the men really much more helpful. When my order got cancelled a nice man cs said he would put me on the waiting list which also got cancelled but I felt like he was trying at least. I think they just can’t control the amount of orders in listing for less than 1 minute so they probably only have a couple and they take way too much orders but it’s very frustrating for customers. One cs said they Only have 1 person who makes the pa’s which I can not believe! X

If this was 1854 and they had a some specialised artisan painstakingly sewing away making these bags by hand I'd understand, but it's 2020. LV have factories all over the world and in some countries, more than one, so supply is not an issue. LV themselves are purposely restricting supply to cause demand. It's just unfortunate the poor client is made to wait for their desired product whilst they continue with this successful marketing strategy. This way of selling product works well for them and sadly will not change. To be honest there might not have been a purse forum if LV and other luxury bag brands sold their products like regular retailers. Most of us are here to help each other with finding our htf items because stock is not readily available. But would we still want LV if it was too accessible?
