Please share the video so I can be counselled too! I need to move on from SLGs for awhile. I have just 3 LV bags.

I have a MPA in mono, but I think I bought it just because of the hype. I even had the DE one and returned it because I don’t feel like I really need it. Now I am torn if I should give up the mini in Mono as well. I like to carry a lot of stuffs and I don’t think the mini will be enough for that

Tbh with you, I have the mini pochette trifecta and I don't use them . I saw them more as pieces that I just wanted in my collection and I think it was defo more to do with the hype. I do really like the pieces though so I don't mind.

I admit it’s very easy to fall for hype on particular items. I think we’ve all done it at some point. I think you need to assess what you need to carry, if it’s for casual or work, is it practical and then choose the bag that best suits your needs and most importantly you love!

YES! This is trueee. Thanks for this. I want to be as practical as her. I need to learn to control to buy what I REALLY NEED. Because wanting everything will really make me poor and be in so much debt

I managed to get the PA in mono but I sold it. I find it too small again. And the vachetta is a big minus for me. Again bought it because of the hype and good reviews but not really for me. If they can only bring the DE version, I might be able to enjoy it.

I watched the first vid and she’s so right. It’s much easier to part with a few hundred pounds for an SLG rather than a couple of thousands for a bag.

Love Sophie Shohet! Yes, it’s easier to fall into the trap into buying so many SLGs as it is within your price range than spending full price on handbags.

After watching the five luxury mistakes video by lvlovercc, who told not to trap into the SLG rabbit hole and better save for larger bags, I discovered myself buying the full size bags instead of the SLGs, which resulted in much higher spendings - so it seems like the ban island is the only real help

At least it’s money well spent than leaving SLG’s collecting dusts in the closet.

The SA that served me seemed so uninterested in what I got to say and made me feel unease. I didn’t want to give him commission on any purchases made on that day. I’m going to try again in the next few days, hopefully with a friendlier SA. You should go into store and try it out!
