An SA did that to me and I never messaged her again. But she hasn't been active since the summer. I think LV reduced the hours of or got rid of a load of SAs because of the lockdown. That's why I've stuck with the SA I'm dealing with even though I can't say I've been 100% happy with her.

My SA is active but she always reads it and only replies lately if I write her 1-2 more times more with „I didn’t get an answer „
That’s really annoying!

Can you add a shoulder strap onto a standard speedy 25 bag? I couldn’t see any d-rings or loops where this can be added unless you purchase the bandouliere version.

I’ve purchased the classic speedy because I like that one better. I’ve added a shoulder strap and it’s no problem .
