So I got email back from CS about my PA and he agreed with me that it didn't look good. Told me to call CS tomorrow to schedule a return and get a replacement or refund.

Sorry to hear your Kirigami was cancelled but I believe your PO is secure.
Lessons learnt the hard way from past experience. Kirigami I was late to the waitlist so not a real surprise it was cancelled. I just now spoke to the same agent who took my order and she said it's completely sold out and cannot be sourced. Re my GO Cardholder because I have paid this is secure and won't be cancelled but will take up to 3 months.I think this piece will haunt me forever.....At least I know now what to preorder super early when the next collection like this comes out.. Fingers crossed for you Cloud PO!!
@Glam80 I wish it was the Cloud PO. I was waitlisted for this too at the end of September but almost 3 months after the collection was released so a real long shot. My waitlist was cancelled 2 days after I convinced the CS agent to add me to the list. Lol!
Yes, if you see pieces from a collection that you're interested in make sure to enquire early and try having CS or SA take payment. This substantially increases the chances of the order not being cancelled. If in doubt about whether you really want the item, pre-order, pay and decide later!
I'm glad CS agree that it's not normal and that it's not just us being picky. .When I called them to return and get a replacement she told me no stock and put me on a waitlist and 5 minutes later I had an email telling me to call and pay. Fastest waitlist ever for me

Sorry to see it got cancelledUpdate ladies. GO Kirigami waitlist just cancelled. No tears as this was a buy now decide later purchase.
I haven't pestered LV for over a week so they're overdue a phone call.
