Well they did reply really fast today. I guess I will try and write another email with sobbing theme and see if they would be kind enough and reorder it for me to my uncles address insteadFor purchase limit I meant the number of LV purchases you've made for the year (store and online). If its a card issue CS may be kind enough to reorder the mini pa for you so you don't have to stalk all over again. If you do decide to call them, I'd give them a bit of a sob story, like you've been trying to the get piece for months, it's a special gift, etc. and see if they'll do it. It's worked in the past but does depend on if you get a sympathetic agent and how convincing you can be!
