Exactly.. when I spoke to client services before because my order got cancelled, they told me I had hit purchase limit and couldnt purchase for 6 months but then when the items weren't in my ongoing orders anymore, I thought I would try my luck and my order went through so I dont know how they decide who should and shouldn't purchase.
Don't you think they become very strict and inconsistent at the same time?

Absolutely! It wouldn't be so bad if it was consistent because we would at least know where we stand.

On the plus side, my smaller d rings arrived for my nice nano to turn it into a crossbody. Excited to try it out.

Also, as my ups driver has come to mine so frequently these past months, I feel we hit a new level of comfort where he feels comfortable enough to ask if I can take the rubbish from the label that he stuck on the box for my return . He also joked yeah and last time you said it would be the last time you see me :giggle:

My SA just told me that I can’t buy LV For the next 3 months.. why I don’t know :wtf: Maybe too many returns ?
I’ve returned the whole 2019 about 9 items! Most of them because quality issues :confused1:
I’ve kept about 7 items and also 4 items from the store! That’s about 11 items I’ve bought and kept this year, I really wanted to buy a scarf but well :annoyed:
True! I’ve returned about 5 items because of quality issues!
I still don't understand this purchase limit. I really believe it depends on the client's profile, what type of items they purchased, how close together the purchases were and what they returned. Because if you're up to 11 purchases with 5 returns due obvious to quality issues, there shouldn't be a problem with further purchases for this year. However 9 returns out of 11 kept items is a lot and I suspect this is the main reason for the restriction. I would ask you SA to specify the exact reasons so you're aware for next time.

Edit: Congrats on the scarf! Clearly LV are not consistent with their policy because after being told you can't buy for 3 months miraculously a scarf is now allowed!

I also really don’t get it. Especially in the past I did buy LV but not overly too much because sometimes I do buy stuff and some months or a year I don’t even buy one thing. So yeah. Yeah I didn’t buy it yet but once I pick up my Zoe wallet Repaired hopefully I can get a Logomania in grey
Lv will be a forever Mystery! Esp how some people can buy how much they want and some others don’t yikes

The SA told me today to choose between the key pouch and the mini pochette. she said I can only purchase 1 “hard to find?” (I forgot the exact term that she used) per transaction. But a little over a week ago I was able to buy a PA and KP in a single transaction. I’m not sure if they were just generous during the lockdown.

Rubbish! This is yet another silly “make it up as you go along” policy.

I suppose scarves are always allowed as they aren’t part of the shopping limits. But yes, LV is very ambiguous at times.
Correct, but if @beautycase was at 11 purchases, scarf or not, she should’ve been allowed another purchase. Yet she was told no for 3 months, only for the SA to change her mind. It seems SAs/CAs just make their decisions based on how they feel at that moment.

Lemme give you an insight of my private (lol) whole shopping LV this year 2020 DATA:
I’ve purchased:
- 6 SLG
- 3 Handbags
- 1 Key chain
- 1 bandeau
From the last 6 weeks:
- 3 SLG
- 2 BAGS
- bandeau
- 1 key chain

so idk?
Maybe if I would buy something online it would go? Who knows
