So the fact that the DA has no cuts and essentially is the same bag, I would definitely return the mono.

Samorga's service, accompanied by the very long delivery times and the more expensive shipping, definitely put me off ordering from them. I have placed two orders (one priority) at the first day when they launched their promotion with a free lip trio pouch and asked the client services to confirm via email that I'll receive the pouches as a gift, which they did. Guess what? It took them for ages to complete and ship my orders and I haven't received anything. As I asked after receiving the first order, they said it was too late and all the pouches were gone (hmmm - they sell them all the time on their website, how can they be gone?) - not a real excuse or offer to send me the pouches with the next order or discount or anything. As I received the second order (which was shipped earlier with national post than my first priority order) and wrote them that also this one had nothing included and the pouches are available for purchase on their website, so can't be gone, they just ignored the email. So why should I continue buying from them? :no: Hence, my money for the organizer purchases now directly go to zoomoni for the same quality, very quick delivery, lower costs, and a free pouch always included ;)

I agree with all your points. For my MPA pouches I went with Samorga as the Zoomoni ones looking at YouTube did not fit as well (inserts did not come to the top of the pouch), but other than that I would go with Zoomoni from now on. At Samorga you're paying Fedex $35 and it takes 3-5 weeks to arrive. I've ordered from Hong Kong before standard post and it only took 2.5 weeks. :no:

I would sadly return it:hrmm: too.. I was curious and checked my both PAs (mono & azur) and they don't have any cuts..this mono is from March:

Yours looks perfect :love: . Well this is strange, the lady at CS told me the bag was out of stock and that I would have to be waitlisted and now I just received an email to say call and make payment so I have placed another order for PA mono but I just hope that this one is perfect or I might go insane. Imagine if I get the same one :lol:.

OMG! Too funny. This one has got to be right. No one should have to endure such bad luck with this bag! :lol: Make sure you get the new PA before sending the two dodgy ones back. You don't want it back again! :rolleyes:

No one is hurt but I feel like I can’t drive anymore, it suddenly started to snow and I didn’t got any grip on my car, I lost totally control over it :crybaby:
it’s even more crazy knowing that my baby was just behind sitting. But the car is now a mess. I drove at the highway so I’m glad that nobody is hurt because this could have ended badly!
