I don't own a da key pouch but stitching on my mono one is as per pic attached.
I think it's fine. It's a very small item made from stiff enough canvas, they have to stitch it and then turn it inside out (or should I say-outside in), it's somewhat expected that seam would stretch out in places, esp around corners. It looks worse in my pics, zoomed in, than what it actually is in person.
I think both of your da pieces look fine, girls - enjoy them!
P.S. my zipper wasn't very smooth to begin with, now after a few months of daily use it is like butter

Mine certainly did.
It's hard to determine what way yours is. If you have to use a great amount of force to open/close, well then maybe there are other issues with it. If it's just a lil stiff, I'd say it will be fine.
