Etoupe, etain, and sauge, which do you prefer and how did you decide

What I feel is missing however from my neutral b collection is a true grey. I’m trying for an etain!Wow!!
For me, I prefer Etain. Reasons below:
Etoupe: I don't prefer a brown undertone. Got my B30 in Etoupe but I would very much prefer it in Etain. Got it in Etoupe only because my SA told me they weren't getting many in Etain and I didn't want to wait and lose my quota bag.
Etain: love the more grayish undertone. Got my mini Lindy in Etain.
Sauge: would love to get a bag in green shade but would rather get a true green color like Malachite or Vertigo. Hence not thinking about Sauge.

I prefer etoupe because I tend to wear greens and faded blues (jeans) which go well with brown tones. The only time my faith in etoupe was ever shaken was when someone compared it to baby poop.

I use my Etain Birkin in Winter, on rainy days etc. It's a pleasant neutral though slightly "muddy", gray color with warm undertones. I cannot stand Etoupe. It makes me feel sick. I have a 32 Kelly in Etoupe, which I have tried using about 3 times and every time I just put it back into the box. This is the one handbag I really should sell. I am gonna have to investigate the online selling world just for that purpose. I've never sold anything before but Etoupe just needs to go!

Thank you all! Based on your opinions, I decided to experiment with a sauge Evelyne PM. Ive also vacillated Btwn a GM and PM and settled on the PM as best for my 5’2”, medium build (as I don’t carry much). Here is etoupe GM (which I’ve rehomed to DH’s aunt) and sauge pm. Etoupe GM IRL is much more brown and darker. Apologies, I have no idea why sauge pm photo turned out sideways. Love sauge!
