That's so strange - the SA said the replacement bag would also not sit flat?

I have a black epi alma bb and it sits perfectly flat.

Maybe try a different SA or a different store?

I got the black colorama alma bb (with the fabric strap). It is perfect and MIF.

Today I went to another store, and luckily they had one in stock! This one seems good! YAY! Thank you everyone for all of your help! Love the epi alma bb!
