But what colour is the epi bag to which you refer? Some specific colours came with silver hardwares in the early 00s but the gold colour was standard until 2006/2007 if memory serves.

Figue was purple (not blue) and discontinued in 2015.
Pistache was available in 2013 (or could be earlier) and discontinued in 2015.
Rose Ballerine, Rose Nacre and Lilas Nacre were launched in 2015, not 2014.
Magnolia was a pale pink (not red) and discontinued in 2015.
You listed Noir Epi Electric but there is also a regular Noir (not in the list). Both colours currently available.

Noir should be in the list (first entry), I believe it was only renamed.
About the years: I am bit unsure whether this should be "available in the shops" or rather possible date codes, because colors that were launched in January of a certain year will actually also have date codes of the year before.
Here is a pic of my Viennois wallet in pepper which is a nice warm grey. Production year is 2001, inside it has only 4 card slots on the left side. HW is silver (matt).
