Service provider is based in the Cayman Islands apparantly...I am sure that was an intentional choice so there may be problems getting cooperation to take down the site.

Thank-you for all the help! I contacted the service provider and cc'ed my attorney in on the email.
We sent in all the same URL's...............there are 11 bags left that we had to send in original pics...........but all the pics should be off teh website in the next 48hrs!
Thank-you again!

These sites have been proliferating like crazy. Another example...

www.boutique-marcella.com. I have been collecting the names and passing them on to Hermes.

I found one seller who listed a cyclamen ostrich birkin a few weeks back. The price was wrong and the stock photo did not match the others he took. I looked closer and found he had actually copied the photos from the "buy-it-we-ship-it-in-two-weeks" site. He also cut and pasted all the descriptive copy. He said he had a special Italian source... eBay knocked the listing off. He relisted it and it was knocked off again.

I also saw a seller who promised to ship a birkin it two weeks. Turns out he too was using one of these sites.

The sites are mushrooming....and are providing a rich source for unscrupulous sellers.

modaluxury charges a 12.5% RESTOCKING fee on all returned merchandise. That's a hefty sum on a (as Hello would say) FAKEROO croc Birkin. Maybe that's how they make their money. Can't believe anyone would buy from this site...but you never know. Thank God for tPF!

OMG! I came across this site on my quest for a raisin birkin earlier this week. I was suspicious because there are only one picture of the bags, and to be quite frank the price scared me away as its like nearly £3k over the store price when you exchange to £s

Bloody cheek stealing photos from a reputable seller!:cursing: People might get sucked in and lose their money, they have to be stopped!!

Hm, this "Alex Brown" or "Moda" is likely to get into a heap of trouble rather soon! Shocking.

I can't believe someone would so naive to think they could rip off innocent consumers with this kind of thing...let's hope he's stopped in his tracks soon.
