How much is the ring?

Why would that be important? :shrugs:

I personally love this particular ring (in fact, I had hinted heavily towards the blue sapphire in the days before I was engaged). I think it would make a lovely engagement ring for a woman who wants something with a unique feel to it.

I would recommend stopping by a Tiffany's to see how it looks on your finger. A few pieces from the Legacy collection can look pretty big on the finger, and it would be easy to veer a little too into the "cocktail ring" realm.

I think it is beautiful!!! An engagement ring should say something about your style. If YOU love it then go for it!!! Many people are opting for colored gemstones. My sister is hoping for a sapphire ering!

Because I like the ring!

I love it! I am also a huge fan a pink fan so I think if you love it than you should get it. I think after diamonds, sapphires are the next most popular stone for engagment rings. I actually also like cocktails rings as engagement rings.

It's beautiful! I usually like blues better but it really depends on your colouring (blondes look gorgeous with pink) and personal liking!

I think it's is a wonderful e ring, and I don't get the "right hand ring" comments, if it was a pink Diamond everyone would be aaaah-ing and ooooh-ing... a bit hypocritical imho...

don't listen to the people who say it doesn't look like an engagement ring, because if YOU want it as an e-ring, you should have it! personally, i would LOVE it as an e-ring. i love pink and i love the legacy setting =)

I agree. If it was any fancy colored diamond, people would not throw the right hand ring comment out there. I love antique diamonds and settings and if I didn't have my way with that if I were to get married one day, I'd want a BIG emerald with tapered baguettes. Most people would likely think it was a right hand ring and not an engagement ring, but I don't care. I think colored stone e-rings are really a great option and much more unique than a traditional diamond solitaire.
