Email from Coach

Thanks for the help. How did you get on the list for the PCE? Like I mentioned in my post I have never been able to get any e-mails from them. The only thing I ever received were occasional coupons in the U.S. mail for the Coach Outlet store.

I never got email PCEs either; all my discount coupons were from the Facebook page. Sometimes I would get the share-your-discount cards in the mail though (ie. One for me and one for a friend). Interestingly this only happened once I stopped buying from them.

No problem. One of the SA's asked my contact information, and that's how I started receiving the PCE's. Apparently, lots of people have problem receiving their emails or paper mail, but I was one of the few that was spared the exasperation. However, I am still waiting to get the email that other tpF'ers said that came from Coach, to inform of the customers the transitions from PCE's to the semi-annual sales. Hope that helps!

I haven't received this email either. I did get a "thank you for shopping" after my third visit during the SAS..

But she isn't viewing the email from a computer? It looks like a phone screen print so some of the formatting might not have worked as intended. It looks like because of the resolution some of the lines ran out of space and wrapped oddly so it appears the formatting is a mess.

A good graphic designer could have formatted it so it didn't wrap oddly on any device. InDesign has all the tools necessary to check it.

Still dying to know what the special gift will be, maybe instead of a discount it will be a "gift with purchase". Remember they did that when the Poppy line launched and certain people got invited to a preview
