eLuxury fake?

LV and other luxury brands used to be sold on eluxury.com which was a website that was owned by LV. That website no longer exists. It was shut down several years ago when LV started letting people shop on the official LV website.

Sorry you are incorrect on that. Ask LV, I did and It's not true.
@ SassyJ You are SO right! No one sells new, authentic Louis Vuitton bags accept Louis Vuitton Stores, PERIOD! Eluxury is NOT owned by Louis Vuitton. The link from the LV site was placed their by a hacker to redirect you to their site to prompt you to purchase their FAKE bags. DO NOT be fooled! Louis Vuitton does not produce; seconds, unevenly stitched, crooked patterned ANYTHING! If the factory makes a mistake and it is not PERFECT, it is incinerated at their factory. NO ONE sells NEW Louis Vuitton accept Louis Vuitton. Some one here is giving poor advice.

Sure and new Coach bags are made in China and say so on the creed--right?

^Your posts on this thread are off topic.

Eluxury.com has been out of business for years and used to sell LV. Now, only the Vuitton site sells authentic new LV online.

There are threads elsewhere in the forum about where to buy preowned bags.

Hi everyone. I purchased right before Christmas a LV Lodge GM (black multicolore) from eLuxury. I loved it, but the shoulder strap was just too long. I brought it to a well-known leather repair shop in NYC to see if it could be shortened. The store owner came out to tell me that the bag was a fake, because it is stamped Made in Spain, has a suede lining, and "the canvas is too even." Unfortunately, I don't have my receipt anymore (although my order summary is still available through my eLuxury.com account). Has anyone heard of problems with eLuxury?

Where is it safe to buy second hand bags?
Louis Vuitton does make things in Spain and also the United States. I happened to be in the Beverly Hills store today to buy the Damier Azur Nevefulland the label does say Made in USA of imported materials. The sales people said the most popular items (highest sales volume) in the US are produced here and the ones for sale in Europe are produced there. Hope that helps!

I have also heard that this site sells replicas so I have stayed away from it. Try a google search about them :smile1
