She absolutely belongs there. She’s not there because her product failed she’s there because her product never existed. Her non existent product caused harm to tons of people. IDK what kind of “research” she’s doing in prison but damn it takes some balls to think that you’re going to be doing anything in the medical field ever again. Even more disgusting that she made the choice to have kids knowing what she did and that she wouldn’t be there to raise them in hopes that they could help lighten her sense which should be longer imo. Outside of the victims of her product her kids are the next set of victims.
I don't have sympathy for them either. But Diddy is waiting in Federal jail which is pretty bad. Elizabeth Holmes is serving her sentence out in a minimum security women's prison facility (Federal Prison Camp Bryan in Bryan, Texas) for non violent and white collar crimes. She is not sitting in jail awaiting trial surrounded by drug dealers, robbers and rapists. And as bad as it is for her to be away from her children it is not like they are wards of the state being put in care of strangers. Her rich husband is taking care of them.
I wonder how bad it is to be separated from her kids...if she is a narcissist she doesn't love them....I'm sure she would like to be free but as you said, she's basically in a country club compared to real prison...and she did a lot of damage to people

Yes, the conditions are hard but it is what is provided in NYC. He is not special. If anything, he has it easier than the other inmates.
And I believe he will be pardoned within the year.
This is a new era. Anyone who can pay is bound to be pardoned. She will be let loose as soon as the funds are secured.
And before you know it, she will parade around like the despicable Tates brothers.
