What I don't like about the Dalton is the zipper pull turnlock. In the middle compartment of the bag it looks nice but it's not the same

I have both sizes. For a shoulder bag, I prefer the 31. The 28 is too snug and the top of the bag touches my armpits.

I purchased an Edie 42 in black leather and suede back in the summer and am loving it. The soft squishy leather is to die for, plus it’s the perfect mom bag.

Those of you who’ve had it for a while - is it safe to take in the rain? I’m scared to risk any damage. I live in the Pacific Northwest so it rains here all the time.

Hmmm in general I would not wear anything suede in the rain unless it is treated. On the forum I have seen where folks have posted different products they use to protect their items. Suggest to call Coach retail store and inquire since retail bags can be cleaned and moisturized for free. I actually received email regarding spa day for my bags at nearby store.

If you do call can share advice they provided?
