You can wear it cross body, long on the shoulder, or as a satchel.

I am wondering if the strap cuts into the shoulders? I read that the straps of some bags (eg bleeker daily?) do cut into the shoulders as they are pretty thin and narrow.

I have this bag but will be returning. Mine has a bad smell. The handles are very short and I don't like that. Also do not lie that the handles are very squeaky. Maybe I just for a dud?
