eBay Non-Paying Bidder List

I haven't posted in forever but a recent very, very bad streak of very, very bad buyers in the last week or so has made me want to warn everyone else. It seems for every 3 items I sell, at least 2 end up being unpaid. :nogood:

Let's start with the worst first:

tysonmartin3 (PM me and I can give you the email addresses she also uses in case she tries to use another ID): Submitted many, many lowball offers on multiple items. Won another auction and I accepted one of her offers. Immediately she begins asking for free Express shipping because she wants the shoes for Mother's Day (meanwhile, she hasn't paid). Tries to finagle and say she'll agree to a cancel transaction so I get my fees back so I should ship Express for her. Then starts insisting I do everything outside of eBay. Several days go by and she finally pays (meanwhile, she's trying to negotiate trading on a few other items for items she was selling ). After I open a NPB case for the second pair she won, she says she doesn't intend on paying for them. Case closes w/o payment, she receives a strike (she tried to get me to just cancel this transaction).

Now she receives the other pair that she did finally pay for and says "these aren't worth what I paid. I'm sending them back." She sends them back without even waiting for a response from me. Meanwhile, I say that I'm out of town and I won't be able to do anything until I'm back- I will not issue a refund w/o having the item back in my hands. She freaks out and opens a SNAD case with eBay trying to say that they're fake now (obviously they're not), sending belligerent messages to me non-stop (total, there's probably a hundred or so messages from her within a week's time ). I respond to the case repeating myself yet again that waiting until the item is back in my hands is not unreasonable and she needs to calm down. She immediately escalates the case and loses. Then the harassment continued and she's threatening me with legal action even though I issued her a refund despite eBay stating I didn't have to (the reasoning being she forfeited her rights to buyer protection because of multiple rules she violated). I charged her a restocking fee because she even wore the shoes and they had brand new soles!!! Her threats are still ongoing and she's promised that she's going to get me back. So, long story short: AVOID AT ALL COSTS AS A BUYER AND A SELLER!!!

dbillionaire2011: Submitted best offer, I accepted, and she never paid. Gave excuses ("I'm out of the country, will pay Friday"; on Thurs. says, "I don't like your return policy and I'm not paying."). Ugh.

lisatelmoro: No contact, no response, no payment

shaymp: Haggled on an obo item and accepted my counteroffer. No response to invoices then sends message that they'll pay Friday (payment is already very late at this point) and they wanted the item by Tuesday- explained it was a holiday weekend and that I couldn't guarantee that unless they upgraded to Express shipping. Well, Friday has passed and no response, no payment.

Hi, I just looked up this buyer and it states this is not a valid ebay id. Do you have the correct spelling for their id? I would like to block this awful bidder. Thanks
Hi,
I just recently joined here. This buyer just purchased my LV bag and wallet. My listing was accurate and my items were in the best condition listed at that time. She made demands on how she wanted it shipped. After paying for it, she wanted it expedited to Priority or 2nd day. (I clearly listed Ground) She received the items, and made false claims about the items and demanded a refund. She filed a Paypal claim and won. I contacted Paypal. I have other sellers that contacted me regarding my listing and they told me that she has claims open with them as well. This buyer buys things that she expects to be BRAND NEW and get buyer's remorse and finds invalid reasons to return them. I told Paypal to investigate her multiple claims because it's evident to me that if one buyer has multiple claims with reputable sellers, something's got to going on with the buyer. She knows the policies, uses it to her advantage. Told me to refund her or she'll go to Paypal and oh, by the way, I can offer to the second bidder since that's happened to her when buyers don't proceed. BLOCK THIS LADY. SHE IS A SELLER'S NIGHTMARE. Don't buy used items for significant lower prices than retail and expect Nordstrom return policy. If you want it to be brand spanking new and want a full refund period, go to the store.

Stay away from buyer: karouvintage

She purchases, uses items for a day and than threatens, and reports until she gets a refund.

Check your listings, if you DO NOT accept returns make sure eBay doesn't have 7 day return policy checked. She takes advantage of that and ebay sides with her. Buyers can now file a SNAD file against sellers whose listings say a return policy but state they do not take returns.

I have had so many scammers try to purchase my handbags on ebay by asking for a receipt and my email address then sending through a fake paypal receipt saying they have paid. xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

lbf0489, won an auction for an LP wallet. The day after the auction ended she emailed me that she wanted to retract he bid because she bought another wallet and that I should be understanding and let her out of the sale, ugh. What is the matter with people.

Buyer ended up paying today after an unpaid case was opened automatically a couple of days ago.

Item #: 180874869151

The buyer refused to pay for the item 4 days after the auction ended. I sent endless emails and request for payment but still no response. I had to file a case for the buyer to pay. As soon as the item came, buyer sent a request for full refund. Buyer didn't like the item and was in non-working order. It's a $200 tennis racket sold for $50. I sold 3 others rackets with no problem. I said I'll refund the $50, price buyer paid for. But buyer wanted shipping $20 back as well. Item was refunded but buyer damaged my racket. I ended up losing $20 for shipment. I'm so upset over this experience. I'm not selling over eBay anymore. Beware of this horrible buyer!! :(

Put in an offer on my bag, I accepted. Heard nothing from buyer. Sent an invoice on day 3. She messages me back and says "sorry for the delay in payment, please wait for me a couple of days". I message her back and ask her when I should expect payment, and received no response. Filed NPB case which closed today without payment. Waste of time...

This gal is Asian (Vietnamese first and last name), she bid on my Fendi, never paid. Ebay made me open a dispute. I would much rather give her bad feedback and relist. She paid on the last day of the dispute and start sending me msgs like: if the item is not as describe, don't even bother sending it, don't waste both of our times.

I set her very straight and asked if she jsut wanted to cancel the transaction. She never responded, I shipped the item. 10 mins later she sends a msg saying she wanted to cancel it. I told her it was too late. She keeps her feedback private because she probably don't want people reading what we have to say even though they have to be positive (Ebay don't let us post negative anymore).

Watch for her!!!!
