I can't speak to their hair care products, but owning one Dyson vacuum cleaner I can say it's all hype and I'd never purchase another..
I had a dyson cordless vacuum and it broke after a few months....the employee at costco when I was returning it said she thought it was pretty flimsy. I replaced it with a less cute but much less expensive hoover

I bought a Dyson vacuum since I was so impressed with the Airwrap. It is STRONG. I have a Miele vacuum and after we vacuumed with the Miele we went over the same area with the Dyson, and OMG, it picked up all kinds of yuck! I honestly don't know where that dirt came from. It was as if the Dyson was "manufacturing" dirt lol but clearly it picked up a lot of stuff after the Miele. My daughter borrowed it when she moved, and after she'd used it for 30 seconds, called me to rave how fabulous it was and how she needed one. So of course I had to buy her the same one.

I love my Airwrap... have to admit, with being home in the pandemic I miss using it... I just can’t bring myself to care about my hair when doing one Teams meeting a day... my hair is lucky if I brush it at this point.

Im on my second Dyson Cordless Vacuum and 3rd Dyson vacuum total. My dog finally managed make the cordless so nasty I just broke down and upgraded it. It still worked, but it was gross and old. It took him years, can’t blame him or Dyson for it... I’ll use it in the shed.

I saw my friend today for the first time in months and her hair was curled with the Airwrap. It looked really good and she said the curls last 2-3 days. She usually has stick straight hair and she commented that she liked being able to style her hair while it’s wet.

I have the Airwrap and tried it out 2-3x so far in the last few months. I'm generally very lazy with hair styling and Covid didn't help. It's much easier to use than a straightener for curls (what I used before), I don't get weird edges and, if I remember correctly no burnt hair smell either. But the curls didn't last long in comparison. I guess that's the price for using less heat. Would I still have bought it? Yes. It's good to have for when you do want to glam up your hair relatively comfortably.

Are you “setting” the curls on cool setting for 20 seconds before you unwrap the hair? The Dyson people say that’s an important step and not to leave it out.

Yes, I used the cool setting afterwards too. But it was more like 5-10 seconds I think as I got the instructions from an official video. I'll try it longer next time.
