Update: Thanks for all your comments. I went back to the LV boutique and my SA gave me a brand new large dustbag. No questions asked! She was so nice. I offered to give back the one I had, but she let me keep it! The new one she gave me is brown and the material is so much softer and better quality. It just says LV on it instead of Louis Vuitton. Apparently, this is the one they use to use before switching over to the new style.

I certainly think they would allow you to exchange being as that its was their fault. My Speedy bag is drawstring and I stuff it with tee shirts to hold its shape. It fits nicely in the dustbag. I got mine from elux but I would think all the dustbags would fit the bags. :suspiciou
