It's an interesting aesthetic for sure. My guess is the above exotic Refaeli can be held 3 ways: (1) carried in hand, (2) crook of the arm, and (3) over the shoulder. If I was lucky enough to own a Refaeli, I doubt I'd carry it over the shoulder because it looks like a semi-rigid bag. If I'm carrying a bag over the shoulder, I'd prefer a more slouchy leather so it conforms to the body more and doesn't stick out as much.

If that handle drop was any longer, it'd work crossbody.

The Duret Refaeli is my favourite bag on the market right now. To me, this one in Dalmatian Buffalo is perfect:

You are right. I never wear this bag over the shoulder bc it doesn't fit the body shape and it is a different style. Who wears the Birkin 30 over the shoulder?

But it is not comfortable either.
I saw other modelling pics, can't remember any with over the shoulder
