What can you guys fit inside the DZP? For example - hand sanitizer?
I was actually surprised how much I could fit! One side: Samsung Galaxy s10 (with popsocket attached lol) and Rayban Clubmaster sunnies (no case). Other side: key cles with keys attached to key ring (this is my wallet/cardholder), small Bath & Bodyworks hand sanitizer and small pill case. Still had room for a lip balm and my mask as well without overstuffing. I'm a huge fan, especially since my sunglasses fit!

Happy to hear your positive review!

I agree that this bag is great for Covid use, especially that easy-access middle pocket for our masks :)EE96367D-3AF8-4353-8205-6F51096AA6DA.jpegF2B31EE2-FBFE-460D-B143-71D84CBC09BE.jpeg

Do any of you ladies have wavy piping on the corners of your double zip pochettes? I love my Reverse Monogram Double Zip (just received it in the mail from ordering online), but the corner piping of the reverse monogram side is definitely "messier" and less straight than that normal monogram side. And it almost seems like the stitching is pulling holes in the canvas? I was just wondering if any of you have experienced something similar.

Did you end up sending this back? It does look pretty wonky.

So I went to a LV store and they said the rippled piping is common since it's handmade/hand-stitched. The SA also said the stitching shouldn't tear the canvas anymore (not sure I believe that) and it ends up exposed sometimes due to the curved shape of the corner. They did offer me an exchange with the only one they had in store. This bag had beautiful piping but the two sides of the bag weren't sewn together symmetrically so it actually hung at a weird angle on my shoulder. I ended up keeping mine but may check another location. Thankfully I have a couple LV locations in driving distance.

A little frustrating that the bag in the store was worse off than my own. The hunt for a replacement continues! lol

I sew, so I understand the nature of fabrics. Piping is always a challenge. This is thick. Canvas and leather. It will hardly ever be perfect.16036477976331108497853.jpg

I have several pairs of patent leather shoes that have stitching like that, and it will many times cause additional cracking over time. Since it’s canvas, and LV won‘t fix cracked canvas I would personally return it. They are constantly in stock on the website (assuming you’re in the US).

 One of my favorite straps!View attachment 4888768
Love the modelling shot, MM! Looks great with a monogram strap

+1 I have limited experience but agree 100% on your sewing comment. Round corners with thick textiles and piping is always imperfect or angular somewhere. @laura92590 Hope you find a better one soon!

It came out really well. I don’t need to use it for a while, so to be extra cautious to prevent any cracking I’m letting it hang straight to cure for quite a while. Looks good though. I’ve done leather shoes before, but this was my first strap. View attachment 4889725
it looks great! I have the double zip in mono reverse.. I didn't like the buckle/adjustable strap. I ordered one from a seller on etsy. it's just black leather with the gold clips (Non-LV obviously) and I love it! The length makes it hang a little longer than the longest hole in strap. I never thought to have one dyed. enjoy!

I just bought a double zip in the black empreinte today. I noticed when I got home that the bag tapers towards the top where the zippers are. I tried to get the best pictures I could. Is this normal? Would you exchange the bag?

I have the DZP in black empriente as well, and it also tapers as you go up the sides of the bag.

Edit: I was curious about the measurements, so I measured mine. The website says it’s 7.9” across. Mine measures 7.9” across at the top, about 8.1” across in the middle, and 8.25” along at the bottom. So it does taper.
