Korea does this weird thing where they can’t send patient medical records and files online. You have to go there in person to request it from the clinic with a flash drive.

Imagine paying flight ticket just to get your records lol that’s crazy honestly

They just try to prevent anyone from getting medical records

I want movements information and they refused to provide that, very suspicious

Did they not provide the surgery movements information to your orthodontist? I'm sorry about that.. When I was in Korea, 2yd and EverM only let me get a copy of my medical records/scans in person only and made me pay a fee for it too.

I just wanted to get copy of my consultation x-rays/ct scans, side profile pictures, and dicom files. I ended up only getting it from 2YD before I left because it was more expensive at EverM. But just thought it was strange by policy only can request in person and have to seek approval.

I agree it is inconsistent and unfair to send x rays online but refuse to provide other medical records or surgical details online especially it’s important for post op care to understand the surgery outcome.

I know that Korea's medical facilities and regulations enforce strict rules releasing full records. If you plan on getting a revision at a new surgical office, they can probably legally request your records due to continuing care with written consent?

If you have all new surgeon can deduct the movements
Korean surgeon don’t really do surgical report with all movements

That's very shady that 2yd ghosted me I even didn't ask for refund/compensation/reoperation
