I have CT scans (.dicom) from other sources.

I want movements information and they refused to provide that, very suspicious

Now the ****ty 2yd has been ghosting me

Did they not provide the surgery movements information to your orthodontist? I'm sorry about that.. When I was in Korea, 2yd and EverM only let me get a copy of my medical records/scans in person only and made me pay a fee for it too.

Why did you get your records there ? You got surgery in both clinics ? 😀

I’m so pissed I didn’t do the same tbh

I just wanted to get copy of my consultation x-rays/ct scans, side profile pictures, and dicom files. I ended up only getting it from 2YD before I left because it was more expensive at EverM. But just thought it was strange by policy only can request in person and have to seek approval.

The point is 2yd provided x rays to me online before but just refused to provide the movements information

There must be something bad about the movements
I had my x-rays screenshot to me online too, I think it's because medical records have more sensitive information and details of a patient's history. I know that Korea's medical facilities and regulations enforce strict rules releasing full records. If you plan on getting a revision at a new surgical office, they can probably legally request your records due to continuing care with written consent?
