Hello. I'm considering doing surgery there but am reconsidering because of this post. Did the doctor not ask you to go to an ortho nearby to check if you are eligible for surgery first and tell you that you need braces afterwards? Surgery first candidates do get worse bites after double jaw surgery. Can we see a before after photo of your surgery?

They know we can’t sue them so they use us for trainees surgeons…. It’s just terrible 😢

True, this clinic is reputable among locals...

That's totally different to foreigners

Just ask them if they can provide the surgerical plan a week before surgery and that should be in writing, that's the key.

I didn't have a say in my surgery and I got the plan right before surgery. And I made that so clearly that I paid a fortune and I needed the plan a week before.

of course no miscommunication, they just don't wanna provide surgerical plan earlier, they do that in the last minute and don't wanna change that...irresponsible attitude

They must provide you your own records.
When did you get the surgery ? They must keep records during several years

Korea does this weird thing where they can’t send patient medical records and files online. You have to go there in person to request it from the clinic with a flash drive.
