I couldn't care less where the box, ribbon, and dustbags are made. What matters to me is where the product itself is manufactured. The rest is fluff.

I think the question was more so, what separates Turkey from India? Why include Turkey in this list of “superior” manufacturing countries when most would equally freak out about their dust bags being made in Turkey.

Not that this topic even matters - it’s just a dust bag!! If you want a made in France dust bag buy a keepall and store all your bags in it.

Because we are also paying for the packaging so it does matter duh .

Yes, the dustbag from my Keepall 45 (manufactured in 2014) says that it was made in India. It is also slightly yellow toned and softer than the newer LV dustbags.
