Does everyone have a neverfull?

I used to love my neverfull. It's so easy to carry and holds everything I need, but when I bought it I wanted to be different. Last night I went to the movies and three people in line had exact same bag and saw another as I was leaving.
Am I right to be falling out of lvoe with my neverfull since it has become so common?

I get that it's a great bag, functional, stylish, goes with everything, carries everything. But I see so many people carrying them... And a lot of the time these people look like total slobs, except for their $1000 bag. I know I know, what a terrible thing to say. But it has ruined the perception of the bag for me. I was going to buy a PM DE Neverfull, but I am with you, it just seems so common.
Oh also, side note, probably has to do with the area I live in but I have seen a fair few fakes of the bag. :barf: which would be another factor in my personal distaste for them.

I have the ikat NF but I am thinking about getting a NF in abricot. I have started to see more LV in my area and a few NFs. It is a commonly a carried bag but it so functional and comfortable. Just because a you see a lot of them, I wouldn't let it make you not like the bag anymore...

To answer your post title no, I have never had one and never will. I have been around LV for decades though and know what works for me - the Neverfull wouldn't. However, I carry what I like and don't worry whether others have the same bag.

I see them all the time too, this is why I bought the Verona, not everyone´s taste but not everyone has one. I love to be a tiny bit different :-)

Why would the popularity of something prevent you from buying one or enjoying the one you have? Doesn't everyone have an iPhone these days? Oversized gold Michael Kors watch? Tiffany's tag bracelets? Just because lots of people have something doesn't suddenly negate the functionality or appeal of that item, and the same is true for the Neverfull. If anything, when I see someone out with the same bag, it makes me happy, that we're in a little "club" together even if the other person isn't aware of it. I don't feel lesser than, or that what I have is now not special because someone else has it. If I wanted a bag that no one else would ever carry, I wouldn't shop at a branded, international mass producer of monogrammed bags. :shrugs:

This was one bag I swore I would never buy. I always went for something less common.
But then I got the epi one and fell in love with it. Now I just got the mono. It's easy to use and just what I need so I don't care anymore.
I have my less common bags for going out and special occasions.
