Does Coach jewelry hold up?

I have this ring and I love it! I wear it often, got it in December. So far no problems......glad you got a new one!

I have the matching earrings and the set was a birthday gift from my parents, so I was heartbroken about the ring. So happy they were still able to order it for me! I wasn't willing to give it up for store credit... I probably would have gone to a jeweler if anything to see if they could fix it up!

Agreed! Great piece - I LOVE it! - I will admit, I wear it less often now though, and I am very cautious when I do have it on! Hopefully this one will hold up better.

I have several Coach pieces... the only one I've had trouble with is the Tony Duquette Sunburst Pave Ring. I love this piece so much, but the stones starting falling out and I couldn't even identify when or how or where they came out - just that I would look down and notice another was missing!

Here's the good news: Coach is pretty awesome. I went into the store and they were able to order me the same ring as a replacement and even shipped it directly to my house 2-day shipping, free of charge. They said they do sometimes have issues with stones like that (especially on rings, because we are harder on them... we use our hands all day long) and to remember that it is costume jewelry. However, if they have a replacement to give, they will. Otherwise, I think they will give you a store credit for the price of the item.

I have several pieces, bangles, necklaces and earrings. I have not had any problems with mine at all and they get a lot of use.
As someone else said you have to treat them with respect because they are costume jewelry. I don't ever get them wet, and don't put them on until after I have used my hair spray and I make sure my perfume is evaporated into my skin. They all look shiny and new and some are at least 3 years old.
