Does anyone own a Coach Dinky AND a Dinky 24?

I just purchased both sizes in the Dark Denim from the SAS, and I am looking for input on which you prefer and why. Both are coming from stores, so it's going to be several days till I get them. I plan to try them both on, put my items in them and decide, but I also like to hear what others have to say to hold me over in the meantime

I only have a regular, but I would definitely prefer the 24. I get annoyed at how little it holds.

I have both sizes and definitely prefer the 24. The regular size works if you can really downsize, but 100% prefer the 24.

How did you get dark demin 24? Everytime I've looked it said sold out.

ETA, I saw in another thread you got through your SA. I might go that route, but I really like getting the extra% back on the cash back sites. Plus I have 4 dinky 24 already so need to decide if I need a 5th

Dark denim is definitely a great color though.

I have one regular Dinky & four 24s (rocking my customized chalk one today). I prefer the 24 by far. I don't like to have to change my wallet when I change bags. The 24 allows me to carry my full size slim envelope wallet, a small, thin cosmetic case, keys, work badge & phone. With this, I don't feel like I'm missing anything. I'd definitely need to pair down to carry the regular size (which I only do on rare occasions).

The 24 was hard to find, she happened to see it was in a store and called them to confirm. They had it in hand, and she had them hold it for me and I called and bought it. Now other items that are sold out online, you can check with local stores because when she ordered me the regular sized Dinky, it showed on her screen 0 in JAX but 134 in stores. So what we deduced was that they probably want stores to get the sales, so they sent out items for the sale to people to see in person.

So I am guessing the 24 is your favorite then with having 4?

Yes, the 24 is my favorite of the dinky (although I have 3 regular size too).

My SA asked if he should look into the 24 for me a few months ago and I told him I have forest, blue azure, butterscotch and bordeaux - basically all the colors I was wanting, but dark denim with the gold hardware keeps tempting me.

I felt the dark denim was a good, versatile color for me. Plus, any bags I wear long strap on the shoulder, I want to be sure color transfer from denim won't happen, and I figured if it happens on this one, no one would know!

I don’t have a 24, but I bet I would like that size better than the reg. But I do love having an all leather strap vs a chain one. Chain ones are nice, but I use them a lot less often because they get on my nerves lol. I do own reg sized Dinkys.

The one pictured in my avatar is my one Dinky 24. It is by far my favorite as I love the size. I own four Dinkys, three are the regular size. I just lucked into the 24, wasn't going to the store to buy one but they had one of them left during the fall/winter sale. I bought it just before Thanksgiving and I just love it.

I've been wanting a Dinky 24, but I'm scared of the strap. Some say it hurts badly if you're walking around with it for a while. Can anyone chime in? I have the regular size Dinky with the leather woven chain strap and it doesn't bother me.

I am curious now too. I have the chain strap on my quilted Dinky and I find it quite comfortable. I didn't think it would be much more cumbersome with the 24.

I have no issue using the chain/leather strap that came with my Dinky 24. I find it quite comfortable.

I carried a Dinky 24 for a week when we were in Paris and the chain did start to bother me after a few days. I rested my hand on the bag a lot when we were in crowds for security reasons, and that probably added weight to the bag.

The chain straps have never bothered me other than that.

Hands down love the 24. I have 3 regular size and one 24. I double the chain strap and use as a shoulder bag. I like that I can fit my regular sized walled and other small items very comfortably.
