does anyone know when is the July sale of Hermes in Paris?

Did anyone go on Monday, to the "braderie"? Were there a lot of things? Was it really heavily discounted? And what did you get? :D

Personnally I went on Wednesday morning, for the first time ever! Got up at 5:30 and was in the queue around 7. About sixty people were already there, I'd say. The wait was quiet, except for one lady who kept yelling at people for cutting. Like, a girl arrived after her group of friends and joined them in the queue just before the lady, and she made her go all the way behind. Of course none of the girl's friends went with her... Sad, and rude of the lady I think. Not to mention the elderly man who thought it okay to make a racist remark to the girl. Luckily people reacted and he shut his mouth.

From the sale I got two scarves (I went only for the scarves): L'arbre de vie and Ex Libris en Kimono. Was pretty surprised and happy to see those two. Disappointed I didn't get a box though :(

Anyway, it was a fun experience overall, I hope I'll be able to go next season!

Nothing comes in a Hermes box at the Hermes sale apart from shoes.

Yeah, I figured. So many limitations in those sales (the "S" mark being the one I don't really understand"). Ah well, I gotta find a way to store my scarves, now I got five (slippery slope indeed) and only one with a box.

They mark them with S stamp so nobody can go to a normal store and try to exchange it with normal stock or something.
