So sad to read of all this conflict but would like to share a happier story
I have read this thread for almost a year and enjoyed reading the success stories and seeing the beautiful bags which some TPF-ers have secured.
My dream was to buy a Birkin in Paris and I have picked up some very useful information and hints on the thread.
This week we have been in Ravello Italy for our daughters wedding (beautiful) and yesterday had a trip to Capri.
Having followed this thread gave me the confidence to visit the Hermes store there and ask "Have you any Birkins?" to which the answer was "We have one, Madam".
Needless to say she is now mine and I have been walking on air ever since. [emoji7][emoji7][emoji7]View attachment 3736162

Congrats!!! I have a Kelly 28 in the same shade of red. It's beautiful!! I think it's the only pop color yet could be considered as a neutral. [emoji7][emoji7]enjoy!!!i haven't been to that city Capri in Italy but now the name is stuck in my head.
