Does anyone have experience shopping in Milan Station for birkin?

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I think they are selling brand new birkin 35 for over HKD100,000. If you're prepared to pay that premium, why not buy in Tokyo Ginza Hermes store? I used to trust Milan Station about authenticity, but after reading some posts in this thread, I would never purchase from them. HKD100K is too much to pay for fakes!
For what it's worth, I was in HK this April, I window shopped at a few of them, I did see a navy kelly that appealed to me, it was 37 years old and was pretty beat. (can't remember the store name but it has the word Tokyo it it, Tokyo destination or something, in Kowloon) Although it looked authentic, I dont even know how much repair H could offer it. They were asking the equivalent of a bit over $3000, (on sale but I don't know if it customary to say everything is on sale/mark it up to mark it down) I was looking at it for a while but not long 5 to 10 mins and they offered to get a manger's special price and dropped to a bit over $2700. I'm sure at this point i could've kept negotiating but i wasn't really 100% feeling the bag with all it's faults, and i would've wanted it under 2k for the investment I would need to add in repairs. I had a feeling it was just this stock that they wanted to move not all pieces were that negotiable but I'm sure they have a lot of wiggle room, even for birkins...
I was also looking at a chanel flap for my sister and they were willing to discount for cash, albeit that they only gave me a $30 discount assuming I was a naive tourist (which I was) it was still several hundered out of my sisters budget so i thought there was no point even attempting to negotiating any further

Hannah is in Tsim Sha Tsui. In Hong Kong, I do think Milan is better than Hannah.
Also, did anyone shop VIP or Italy Station?
Went to few Milan shops. The B/K prices are throat slaughtering. For that price, I can get a 35B in Paris + 14days tour/ holiday in Europe + food. Whereas a price of 35B in Japan is equal to a 35B + return airfare to Paris + 2 nights hotel stay. I got my Bs from Paris and have no worry. Of course, you can't guarantee that you'll score one but hey, u get to see Paris and have coffee. Why not give it a try? 
I have shopped (but never bought) at Milan Station in Lan Kwai Fong. The prices on tags are high. Ask them for prices and they would quote you 10% off and sometimes even 20%. Still very highly priced though!
i've been in hongkong last august for shopping and go to brand off at tsim sha tsui, i bought a jumbo black ghw classic flap chanel and a mini chanel there, but for the B/K, the price is crazy, not worth it at all. anyone can suggest if the bags there are authentic or not, as i;m not an expert.

the thing is not only the percentagec to score a b is v low, especially the size and color but half of our budget will be spent during the trip, that is what bothering me

This is my own thinking and each individual choice may differ. I prefer to spend on traveling first. Unless my luck is not my side after few trips, i will go to reseller.

Actually I was spotted a B 30 at the Italy station. After read your comment I decided not to buy from them and will try my luck in Paris or Tokyo. Thx! ^^
