does anyone else dislike patchwork?

I didn't really care for this year's holiday patchwork, however I did like last year's holiday duffle and got that. The colors were nice together and the bag had lots of leather and suede patches. It goes with a lot of my outfits. That one looked better made than this year's. Just my opinion.

I have and currently carry the Coach Holiday Patchwork Duffle that I purchased last season (full price before they were in the outlets last month!!!!).
I get a lot of compliments on it! People say they like the purple colors! I do hear that the patches can get worn and the suede on the bottom can get dirty.

I thought I didn't like them....But a coworker has one from a few years ago and I liked hers. Moreso, I really did like the Indigo patchwork. I would have bought one of those if I had the extra money and I could find it in something other than a Tote or Hobo.

the holiday one finally grew on me. i kinda like the purple and ocelot now. but still not enough to buy it. too 'all over the place' and not cohesive enough.

Yes, mine was full price too! The leopard print patches are losing the fur on mine from rubbing on my coat (and I'm also extremely careful with it). So far I haven't had a problem with the suede getting dirty. I asked a SA if the patch where the fur is rubbing off could be repaired and she said no. Maybe if I complain about it enough I could get a brand new one.

Yeah, that's what got me! I can't seem to find the perfect pink handbag so the swingpack sort of satisfied the "need" for the time being.

I just saw the WORST patchwork bag at TJMaxx....no, not for sale...some woman was carrying it.

Patchwork on one side....black on black siggy print on the other...

I actually really liked this years Holiday patchwork at the boutiques...seemed kinda understated in the color scheme. Very pretty.

I'm not a fan of any of the patchwork lines I've seen. The brown suede sounds pretty though.

I'm someone who never liked the signature bags until I saw the denim. I've a tote, wristlet, flower keychain, ballett flats, and a wallet in it. I like it because it goes with almost everything in my wardrobe.

LOL! Me too and I have the Tote, wristlet, wallet and scarf!

The only bits that are "pleather" are the snakeskin ones.

I have two patchwork wristlets (holiday + 1 in gold metallic and tan tones) and I love 'em! I have to admit I wasn't that into the holiday patchwork tote even though I REALLY wanted to be. So I guess for me it's better in small doses.
