Does anyone know the difference b/w Balenciaga City and Twiggy? (Not the model with giant hardware)... the ones with leather fringe? Mine was stolen and am trying to decide which to replace with.

I thought so too, but I was shopping for them and on the Bal website, there is a difference in size btwn the two. i do not own them, but according to their dimensions, the shoulder clutch is about 1-2 inches bigger in width/height dimensions.

Not with the shoulder I'm talking about. I've had them in my hands several times. But my post is ooooooold. So there can be a new shoulder out there. I don't investigate in Balenciaga anymore, I've moved on to other brands. :D

I didn't even notice how old! sometimes I'm just out of it. In fact, you are right, there is no new shoulder - that's discontinued, it's a similar size - a bit bigger and it's called a Hip. (though I know you are into others now)

Hi, does anyone have pics of the inside of a Pochette clutch? I am trying to authenticate one I bought on *Bay but have some doubts about. I am curious about the presence and location of an LV-style "D ring" on the inside as well as the stitching and finishing of the inside seams. Also, does this pochette have rounder hardware than other clutches? TIA.

Does anyone know if the makeup bag (often used as a clutch, per above) ever came in a covered version? There's one on ebay (amethyst) but I don't think I've ever seen one with covered hardware so unsure if its authentic...

I realize this thread hasn't been posted to in a while, but I still think this is the perfect place to share my new baby, my first Bal :smile1:

I also don't think I've seen another of those clutches yet. So without any further ado, my SS 2012 small black Tube Clutch:
