Do you wear matching earrings and necklace???

I wear matching Soleste earrings and pendant and pearl studs with a pearl tin cup necklace. I don't think it comes off as dated at all. I think it looks well put together. I suppose it could depend on the pieces.

I agree - static rules on style don't work, everything has to be considered case-by-case

It depends on my mood and usually I'm mismatched. But I do have a few matching sets (earrings/necklace and earrings/ring) and I love how ladylike I feel when I wear the sets.

I don't really have sets but I mix what I do have mostly. I have yet to wear my pearl earrings and pearl necklace at the same time (they did not come in a set but are in close sizes) That feels too formal for me. I would do it though possibly for an interview.

I like mix the pearl necklace with my emerald earrings though feels kind of Jackie-O to me lol.

Sometimes I do but it really depends on my mood & what I'm wearing. I do try to match gemstones & I'll mix pearls with everything.
