Do You Think the Reg JUC with Diamonds Is Worth It?

Get the JUC with diamonds. It’s beautiful and such an easy piece to wear. Once wearing it all those “is it worth it” feelings will disappear when you start to enjoy it. I always suggest getting the more expensive one first just to avoid any potential price increase if you know it’s something you will get regardless. I have both clash and JUC with diamonds and I love them! I actually love them more than my loves.
Thank you so much. If you had to pick one, would you pick JUC or Clash?

I say stick with your initial guts and get the juc with diamonds. It looks amazing on you. I have the plain yg juc. I get what you mean by the big delta between diamonds and no diamonds. I think in this case- just close your eyes and swipe your card. I too hope to get a diamond one down the line.

As if you need more convincing- just from a pure math perspective, it’s better to buy the higher-priced item today, since the % price increase will be relatively larger.

Can’t wait to see your decision! (Also perhaps you can sell your slim juc if you no longer love it)

So I’m late to the party but I prefer the diamond JUC over the clash but the price makes me hesitant. For that price I personally would add the tennis bracelet you have been wanting next.

Thank you! I have been trying to love the plain regular but I don’t like it without diamonds. Maybe I should just bite the bullet!

Just curious how you feel about the regular JUC bracelet with diamonds…do you personally think it’s worth 5k more than the plain regular JUC bracelet?

I struggle with the JUC line. I have the small plain JUC and sometimes regret it…however, I’m not a huge fan of the plain regular. The diamond one is gorgeous but I can’t justify 5k more for such a small amount of diamonds. In my head, I think I could get a plain regular JUC and use the extra 5k to get a diamond JUC ring OR a VCA Guilloche bracelet OR a diamond tennis bracelet OR another Love cuff. Just curious what you all think.
I know what you mean. It is a tough call. You can get a lot more for the extra 5K. But if the plain doesn't make you happy in the end it wouldn't be worth it. You should get what really makes you happy in your heart. The price has already increased $700.00. Who knows when the next increase will be.

Actually I don't see how this "worth it" fits into Cartier (or generally in luxury brand world). They will never be worth it (that money can be saved for children future education. Or pay for the experience to travel to see the world. Just some examples).
If only with diamonds makes you happy (or happier), and you can afford it be it now or saved up for future buy, then you should not settle. Buying a bracelet should come with a high happy index (or else what's the point?)

I am in the minority here. I own both versions and wear the plain one a lot more. The one with diamonds ends up looking too fancy sometimes. I don’t know why because i wear a 10 diamonds Love everyday and I think it never looks too much

im with you. Don’t like the JUC with diamonds at any price point. I do love the 10 diamond love. I think to me
the diamonds on that love make sense w the overall design whereas they look a bit random on the JUC. Know this is deeply a minority view

I have the regular JUC (no diamonds) and I love it! I never considered getting the diamond version because my partner and I bought each other one as a gift (plus the price was a bit steep for my liking) - it is stunning though!

Based on this thread and what you have written so far, I think you should get the JUC with diamonds. Yes it’s expensive but I can tell your heart really wants it - it’s just the price that is holding you back. I’m exactly the same - I would prefer two jewellery items over one but it’s luxury and it’s Cartier. As long as you get, wear it everyday and it makes you smile, then I believe it is worth it.

But I do follow that mentality of “When in doubt, don’t” so please make sure you really want the item before pulling the trigger. Have you considered selling your current small JUC? That might help offset the extra 5K.

Also, think about your long term jewellery wishlist - do you really need multiple bracelets, rings, necklaces etc? If you can cull some items, that might make dropping the extra 5K less painful.

Thanks so much…I think you are right. I will have to be very disciplined to stay focused!! And I’ll have to see about selling…I generally love all of my fine jewelry pieces but maybe it’s time to cut a couple of items.

Sorry, I should have been more specific. Keep the items you currently have (if you love them).

Going forward, if you have future wishlist items, you need to really consider their place in your jewellery box when buying. So for example, if you had three rings on your wishlist, maybe only get one. Hopefully that will make a difference.

Can’t wait to see what you get! You already have an amazing jewellery collection!

Hi everyone. So after mulling it over more, I think I would like to add the Clash and the JUC bracelet with diamonds. I am not that happy with my slim plain JUC. It’s starting to warp and just feels too blah for me. However, due to price, I will need to be very careful. I don’t have the budget for both bracelets this year, and with price increases eventually happening I want to be strategic.

I can either get the Clash this year OR the regular diamond JUC bracelet. If I get the Clash, it would immediately go with my current stack as I already have the slim JUC bracelet. Or I could save up more and get the diamond JUC, but that would be it for the year. (And note I am still struggling with the mental justification for the diamond one…also considering the JUC ring as a more affordable option.)

What do you think? Adding some pics of me trying on both in the boutique.
My vote is always to get the more expensive pieces on your wishlist first. So, the JUC with diamonds - Be my twin
