Just curious how you feel about the regular JUC bracelet with diamonds…do you personally think it’s worth 5k more than the plain regular JUC bracelet?

I struggle with the JUC line. I have the small plain JUC and sometimes regret it…however, I’m not a huge fan of the plain regular. The diamond one is gorgeous but I can’t justify 5k more for such a small amount of diamonds. In my head, I think I could get a plain regular JUC and use the extra 5k to get a diamond JUC ring OR a VCA Guilloche bracelet OR a diamond tennis bracelet OR another Love cuff. Just curious what you all think.

If you can, go to the boutique and try it on. You may get your answer in that moment.

I was never a fan of the JUC, based solely upon the photos I saw of them here and on other websites. I went to the boutique in June, expecting to buy my first Love. When I was underwhelmed with the Love, the SA started fitting me with other bracelets. As soon as she put on the regular JUC in yellow gold with diamonds, my heart skipped a beat! I adored the edginess of the design and the contrast of the warm gold and cool diamonds. I went on to try the plain one but it left me cold. I went ahead and bought that baby and I smile when I look at it 300+ times a day.

Try it on. If you still find yourself weighing its costs vs other items/lines, the bracelet isn’t for you. If you happen to fall in love, like I did, you’ll never look back.

By spending almost 8k on something you're not impressed with, you're playing with fire. It's like marrying a man thinking he can kick off his bad habits/attributes after the signed document.
Ha!
We all know we are paying for brands when it comes to luxury goods. So long I like it, I can afford it, it is considered worth it.

hope you'll have a chance to try it on at the store. It's a game changer.

I have the classic JUC with diamonds and love it. It’s expensive, no getting around that. The one without diamonds is also expensive!
To me, the diamond one is worth it over the classic because it’s the one I actually like. I’d rather spend more to get the one I like, than less on a bracelet that’s still expensive, that I’m not completely in love with. This is of course as long as both are in budget!

Honestly, I say get the one with diamonds. Comparing the two I find the one with diamonds, despite it really only being a small amount, really does add something to it. If it means you have to wait a little bit longer, it will be worth it in the end (and likely cheaper in the long run). Always go with your gut - and if your head is trying to convince you you can get more for your money by buying the plain plus a ring or something else but your gut tells you your "ultimate" would be with the diamonds....get the one with diamonds.

@Lillianlm - I totally agree with everything in your post. You said it far better than I could! I never even considered the YG JUC with diamonds until I tried it on at the boutique, but it quickly went home with me that day. It's been several years but I still wear it 24/7!

I'm also on the fence about this. I can't seem to pull the trigger. I have been wanting this for about 3 years. I'm not crazy about the plain one, but love the diamond one. Regular size also.

Thank you for your perspective! I need to try on one in my size…

Thanks! I ruled out the regular plain JUC since it feels redundant with my small plain one. I guess it was more mental math where I was thinking about what I could theoretically get for the same price. I’ll definitely try to try it on.

Good point…it’s just hard as I am naturally a thrifty person so I would usually rather get two items for the same price as the one. But I’m trying to break that mindset lately.

My other consideration is the reg/thick ring with diamonds. It’s another item that’s been on the wishlist for ages. Sigh. I’ll have to try them both on and see.
