In my eyes.. DE is not discreet at all. The reason I got DE bag is because sometimes I need a darker bag when I went to park with the kids or during crazy weather day. Just to take lesser risk than using mono with vachetta.

I don’t think it’s discreet at all. I know that a number of you tubers like to claim that it is, but even when I wasnt buying handbags I knew that the Checkerboard print was LV. My husband is not into luxury at all, but he recognizes the DE and DA as LV and I don’t even own any LV bags!!

It’s not discrete imo. I know straight men who are not into luxury and they recognize it. Epi is discrete as someone mentioned. Empriente leather in black and mahina leather in black are less in your face than lighter colors, but still I wouldn’t classify them as discrete either. If you want LV and you want discrete then I would stick to Epi leather.

I think it depends where you're living/working. I live in quite a rural area and I know lots of people who still wouldn't recognise DE as LV, and I don't tend to see many people carrying bags in Damier prints near where I live. However if you go to any major city in the UK you can see many people walking around with LV bags in DE/DA/DG. I use my DE and DG bags for work, but I don't use my Monogram bags. I guess that means I feel it's a little more discreet, or at least slightly more professional.
