Do you see a lot of Carter Trinity diamond pavè ring in REAL LIFE?

If anyone has the trinity ring with one pave white gold band can they please advise if it's durable enough to wear as an everyday piece? I think the one pave band is so beautiful, and I've tried it on and loved it, but I worry it would not hold up as an everyday piece. Worried about diamonds falling out. I have no experience wearing either a plain trinity, or any type of pave ring. I would prefer to wear the ring everyday.
I have this ring and have had it for almost a decade. I'm not that gentle on my items and this one has gotten banged around quite a bit - no damage yet, pave is still perfect. I love it and would recommend it!

The SAs I've spoken to say wearing the pave versions everyday, even those with three pave rings, is no prob as they're meant to be study, particularly given all the rolling.
