Do you match your wallet to you bag?

I have three wallets and none of them actually match a bag I own. I just buy wallets that I like and are functional and change them out every now and then. Right now I'm carrying my Tano Fashion Bailout that I just got last week. I love it! But before I got it I carried my patent rainforest L.A.M.B. wallet for about six months straight.

I use wristlets as my wallets even though I do have a couple wallets. My wristlets don't really match my bags at all since I prefer the coated canvas wristlets. I just match the size to the bag!

I have one main black Brighton wallet that I like to use (actually got this at an airport once), but I have some smaller bags with which I carry a simple change purse with a couple of credit cards & my ID. So, I guess I match size more than style.

I'm looking for a very small wallet, fairly neutral in style/color so it will work with most bags, that fits credit cards & other stuff while still fitting into small bags. Anybody have suggestions?

I never do. I'm definitely NOT matchy matchy and like my accessories to be a different colors so they can stand out. :p
And besides, if I were to buy like a LV bag that's $700+, there's no way I could afford buying a wallet for $500+, when I could take that amount and buy another bag, KWIM?

I am wondering what everybody else does about the wallet situation..normally I wouldn't be caught without my wallet and bag matching EXACTLY but I am so tired of it. I bought the small dylan french wallet in black to use in different bags so I can spend more on bags and cuffs instead of always getting a matching wallet! What do you ladies thing about that?

When you say match, do you mean down to the material and logo? I think it's nice for things to "Go", which means they compliment each other in color, style, or design. I never try to find or buy matching sets. I rather have things uniquely "Go" than to match.
