Yes, it's true. I have been able to find more and more rose gold parts for jewelry in my catalogs.

I have to admit I don't own any. I'm a pretty classic/simple girl most of the time when it comes to jewelry (plus, I really prefer white metals), and it just seems like something that would sit in my jewelry box and never get worn. But it is really pretty, and seems to work with a wide variety of skin tones.

I like rose gold, but I've always considered it old fashioned. My mother has several Victorian pieces fashioned from it. It gets a great patina.

Pink gold really matches well with my skin tone. Every so often I'd get complimented for my pink gold Cartier bracelet and ring. I was always get surprised, especially since they are realtively normal everyday pieces with no huge stones or anything fancy. I guess the metal color does pop out on me.

I don't prefer it - it looks too coppery to me. I prefer white metals, then yellow gold, before rose gold.

My mother has a pink gold ring that I love. It's a flower with rubies and diamonds. I forgot what it's called, but it's from World War II when they weren't using regular gold because of the war. We were at Tiffany's and one of the SA's freaked out over it almost as soon as we entered because she liked jewelry from that time period.
